green/environmental team building events

If your organisation would like to do something meaningful and planet-friendly, as well as fun and satisfying, LILI can offer you team building experiences with a difference.

We can provide bespoke events that will involve learning, motivation, collaboration, problem solving and insights for adaptation in today’s world.

Events can be one-day or overnight at many locations throughout the country.

Accommodation may include camping, tipis, yurts, bunks and barns with campfires, barbecues and more.

Here is an idea of some of the activities you could be involved with outdoors and in the countryside:

  • making rustic furniture
  • building with natural timber (e.g. making a compost toilet or rain shelter)
  • harvesting apples and pressing juice
  • creating a living willow seat or structure
  • dry stone walling
  • straw-bale building
  • building an earth oven
  • hedgelaying & woodland work
  • or what about working out how to erect a tipi from scratch, building a campfire, and cooking a meal on it?

Also, talk to us about one- or half-day events in a classroom environment or at venues in various cities.

Here are some things you might like to do:

  • brewing your own beer, wine or cider
  • making rag-rugs / wall hangings, creating felt or other textile-based activities
  • making bread, cheese or smoking food
  • creating a community orchard or garden
  • making natural skin-care products and soaps

We have lots of other ideas; get in touch for a chat. If you have specific activities you'd like your team to get involved with, or if you want to build a bespoke team event, then let us know.
