oil conversion kit (one-tank)
This
is a kit for carrying out a basic one-tank DIY conversion. Easy
if you know how - and if you don't know how, you can come on a course. Suitable for most
indirect injection diesel engines, ie D or TD pre-1996 and with
a bosch injector pump.
(Direct injection engines, i.e. TDI, CDI, FSI, CDTI, HDI etc. need
a two-tank conversion).
Both for environmental reasons, and to make the kit affordable,
some of the components are used, but tested and in good condition.
The fuel heater is plumbed in to the in-car heating system, (i.e.
T-d off from the heater matrix) so that it heats up almost immediately.
The kit

16 to 60°C in c. 5 mins. Also incorporates an electric heating
ring that gives immediate heat.
