This course is run by Hannah Charman of Panacea Holistic Health, Cheshire.

This is a one-day introduction to the topic of herbal medicine. You can ask specific questions, network with like-minded people, and have a go at making herbal medicines yourself.

The course includes:

  • a herb walk
  • how herbal medicines work
  • introducing herbal medicines for common complaints
  • harvesting, preparing and storing herbs for use as medicines
  • making your own medicines to take home
  • suppliers and useful contacts
