Returns Policy Refunds for Products --------------------------------
We will willingly replace faulty products, just return them to us within 28 days of receiving them for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us first to discuss the nature of the fault before returning any goods. For any other problems, just get in touch and we'll do our best to sort things out. This policy is in addition, of course, to your statutory rights (goods of merchantable quality, fit for the purpose, etc.).
If you simply change your mind about buying something, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order for up to seven working days after you receive the goods. You then have up to 28 days to return the goods (at your expense) for a full refund [this is your right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, see http://www.dti.gov.uk/ccp/topics1/ecomm.htm] This does not apply to business customers, only to individual consumers. Goods must be returned in 'as new' unused condition.
Refunds for Courses -------------------------------
If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the course, we will give you a refund of the course fee minus a £30 administration charge. Refunds in other circumstances are at our discretion.
NB occasionally it is necessary for LILI to cancel a course, due to insufficient numbers, tutor illness, or other reasons. When this happens LILI will refund your course fees in full, but we do not accept liabiltiy for your travel costs if you have paid fares in advance. If this is a concern to you, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. |
